Job summary

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Sr Acquisition Specialist to support Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires a Secret Clearance and experience developing acquisition strategies and documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating milestones with ACC, leading IPT processes, and advising PMs on acquisition plans and regulatory guidance. The candidate should have extensive DoD acquisition experience and strong program baseline management skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of fifteen (15) years experience as an Acquisition Specialist is required.
• Bachelor's Degree Business or Accounting
• Substitutions: Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree

• Experience developing, maintaining and tracking acquisition program baseline documents.
• Ability to initiate long range plans and program accomplishments relating to program objectives, taking into account any known or potential budgetary, schedule or technical constraints.
• Knowledgeable with DoDI 5000.02 and all acquisition streamlining reform initiatives.
