Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement, technology, or strategic business initiatives.
• Experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies through all phases of project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manages the activities of one or more moderate to large projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes.
• Develops plans, budgets, resources, and deliverables with considerable independence.
• Directs activities and ensures alignment with project goals, budget, and timing.
• Facilitates project execution, administration, and flow of information across stakeholders.
• Analyzes regulatory impacts and requirements of the project.
• Identifies and resolves deviations in the project plan and escalates as needed.
• Forecasts resources and costs; evaluates policies and procedures for next steps.
• Manages governance and reporting to steward ongoing projects.
