Qualifications

• 2+ years construction and/or engineering experience required.
• Ability to perform work accurately and completely.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participates in mechanical and electrical construction activities.
• Assists with developing budgetary M/E estimates.
• Performs site inspections ensuring work quality and specifications.

Skills

Communication skills, verbal and written

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to read and understand plans

Knowledge of means and methods of construction management

Ability to build relationships and collaborate

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
