• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and balance competing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the firm's M&A, capital markets, and venture capital practices.
• Integrate quickly into our national corporate practice and work with teams.
• Provide efficient legal service to clients on complex transactions.
• Work from the office approximately 60% of the time in line with firm guidelines.
