Qualifications

• JD or LLM from ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be admitted in California.
• 1+ years of experience handling complex litigation.
• Experience in white-collar defense, government or internal investigations, or real estate-related litigation is a plus.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professionalism in working with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance responsibilities.
• Ability to stay organized and exercise attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Join high-profile litigation team in San Diego or San Francisco.
• Perform legal research, brief-writing, document production, and discovery for complex matters.
• Support practice growth by writing articles and attending speaking engagements.
• Participate in client development activities.
• Collaborate with team members; office presence required about 60% of the time.
