The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of M&A, corporate governance, capital markets, or venture capital experience and must be admitted in good standing to the California bar.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of M&A, corporate governance, capital markets and/or venture capital experience.
• Admitted in good standing to the California bar.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in sophisticated M&A transactions and advise clients across industries on strategic transactions and financings.
• Counsel emerging and established companies, investors and market participants on corporate matters and capital structures.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to execute complex deals and manage deal timelines.
