Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a senior Investment Banking professional to play a pivotal role on an industry-focused team in Nashville. You will help formulate new business proposals, develop forecasts and valuations, evaluate M&A scenarios, and prepare stock issuance documents.

As an Associate/Banker, you will work across all aspects of the transaction process and mentor analysts, informing and shaping client presentations and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Investment Banking experience.
• MBA degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of M&A and financing transactions, financial modeling, industry and comparable company analysis.
• Prepare and deliver standard and tailored presentations and pitches to clients.
• Produce factual and accurate information to clients.
• Provide management support to analyst bankers through training and mentoring.
• Seek development opportunities through assignments, training or external activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
