Raymond James is seeking an Analyst to contribute to a variety of financial advisory activities, including developing business proposals, forecasts, and valuations for mergers and acquisitions and public/private stock issuances. You will work across drafting sessions, due diligence, and client materials on a dynamic deal team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required; internship experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop financial models to support debt and equity financing analyses.
• Perform company valuations, DCF and comparative analyses for transactions.
• Prepare and present client materials and drafting elements for transactions.
• Support due diligence and drafting sessions across the deal lifecycle.
• Assist with recruiting and training analysts and interns.
