Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an experienced Investment Banking professional to play a key role on a industry-focused team. The role involves developing business proposals, company forecasts and valuations, and evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios to prepare stock issuance documents.

Associates are expected to contribute across the transaction process and mentor Analysts, with opportunities for development through training and leadership responsibilities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in investment banking.
• MBA degree preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 63, 79, and 7.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of M&A and financing transactions, financial modeling, industry and comparable company analysis.
• Prepare and deliver standard and tailored presentations and pitches to clients.
• Produce factual and accurate information presented to the client.
• Provide management support to analysts through training, mentoring and evaluating performance potential.
• Seek opportunities for development through the job itself, through special assignments, training, or external activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
