Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required or equivalent.
• MBA preferred for advanced investment banking responsibilities.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of M&A and financing transactions.
• Develop company forecasts, valuations, and financial models.
• Prepare client presentations and pitches.
• Mentor/guide Analysts and support deal teams.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in all materials.
