Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• 5+ years corporate tax in public accounting.
• Experience with M&A structuring and ASC 740.
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office.
• Experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex corporate tax returns, including multi-state entities.
• Understand client needs and articulate tax issues with supporting authorities.
• Lead tax engagements from planning to delivery and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and regulatory compliance.
• Review team work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Interpret and apply federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Possess strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple engagements.
