Job summary

Signers National is seeking a Director of M&A Integration to lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle across acquisitions in the United States. You will design the integration operating model, head the Integration Management Office, and ensure value capture, synergies, and smooth handoffs to business lines.

You will partner with deal teams during diligence, drive cross-functional execution (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales, Legal, Tax), and guide governance, milestones, and risk mitigation to

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-merger integration (buy-side) experience.
• Proven track record delivering synergy and value realization.
• Strong governance, planning, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and own Signers National’s integration operating model, governance, and repeatable playbook.
• Lead the Integration Management Office across every transaction and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Own Day 1 readiness and talent-retention plans for acquired employees.
• Run governance: cadence, reporting, milestones, escalation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure exit criteria are met and hand off to business-line leaders with documented value capture.
