Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in a mid to large-size professional services firm.
• CPA or JD/LLM required.
• Strong written communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement matters.
• Model financial transactions for valuation and structuring.
• Prepare memoranda and presentations on client companies and industries.
• Assist in tax due diligence and review of acquisition agreements.
