Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in a mid to large professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring, and negotiation.
• Prepare detailed memoranda and presentations describing client companies and industries.
• Review tax aspects of acquisition and merger agreements and draft tax opinions.
