BKF Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer - M&A Integration to drive technical integration for acquired companies. The role focuses on migrating to Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, with strong emphasis on identity, security, and cloud services.

Formación

• Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Experience supporting tenant, email, collaboration-platform, or other enterprise IT migrations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity synchronization, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Configuration Manager, or a comparable endpoint-management platform.

Responsabilidades

• Execute technical integration activities for acquired companies per BKF architecture and migration plans.
• Migrate data into BKF standard platforms (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive-to-Box).
• Support migrations from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 tenants, and other source environments.
• Handle identity and access integration involving Microsoft Entra ID, AAD, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
• Support endpoint deployment dependencies including Intune enrollment and security policies.
• Coordinate Azure and cloud integration tasks including access, permissions, and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with IT teams, consultants, vendors, and acquired personnel to gather technical details.
• Follow runbooks, cutover plans, validation, rollback, and hypercare processes.
• Troubleshoot issues during migration, cutover, and stabilization.
• Document environments, configurations, dependencies, risks, and status.
• Develop reusable integration playbooks, standards, and automation.
• Escalate risks and design decisions to the Senior Engineer.
