Job summary

BKF Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer – M&A Integration to lead technical integration for acquired companies within BKF’s Microsoft 365 environment.

You will execute migrations across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, while managing identity, access, and security controls. You’ll work with internal IT teams, consultants, and vendors to follow migration runbooks, validate results, and provide hypercare support during transitions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience supporting tenant and enterprise IT migrations.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, AD, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, Configuration Manager.
• Experience migrating Google Workspace to Microsoft platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong PowerShell and documentation skills.
• Microsoft certifications relevant to M365/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Execute integration activities for acquired companies per BKF architecture and migration plans.
• Migrate data to Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive-to-Box.
• Manage identity and access via Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
• Support endpoint deployment including Intune enrollment and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams, consultants, and vendors to complete integration work.
