Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Manager, Corporate Development to lead and support acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments and other strategic transactions. You will perform rigorous financial analysis, valuation, and diligence, and partner with business leaders to shape deal strategy and approvals.

In this remote US-based role, you will coordinate with banks, advisors and operating units, convert diligence findings into post‑close plans, and help strengthen Veralto’s M&A capabilities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or a related discipline required; advanced degree and/or relevant professional qualification preferred.
• Accounting qualification (e.g. CPA or equivalent) preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence and/or corporate development required.
• Experience from a leading public accounting firm valued, particularly with financial due diligence, business combinations, valuation or deal execution.
• Demonstrated capability in financial statement analysis, quality of earnings, cash flow, working capital, valuation and transaction modelling.
• Working knowledge of M&A processes and the key issues across commercial, financial, legal, tax, HR and operational areas.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to convert complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong global business perspective and comfort operating across geographies and time zones.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and rigor in evolving, time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meaningfully participate in multiple active M&A projects across a range of deal types, including bilateral processes and auctions.
• Support end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence planning, financial analysis, valuation, bid recommendations, negotiation prep, investment committee materials.
• Engage with investment banks, advisers, private equity firms and other external counterparties; capture and share relevant market intelligence.
• Work with operating companies and functional leaders to translate diligence findings into post-close action plans.
• Demonstrate Veralto Enterprise System behaviors and disciplined prioritization.
