Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and assess opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and divestiture due diligence, valuation, and closing processes.
• Develop business cases and assess marketplace for acquisitions.
• Create detailed financial models and ROI analyses.
• Structure transactions with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance, and Treasury.
• Support communications with Cardinal Health leadership and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate integration and separation planning post-deal.
