Responsibilities

• Deal Strategy: develop a business case for acquisitions with market assessment and investment requirements.
• Due Diligence: identify and execute critical due diligence items impacting modeling and integration planning.
• Financial Analysis: create detailed financial models and valuation analyses for ROI.
• Deal Structuring: collaborate with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance and Treasury teams.
• Deal Approval: support communications with Cardinal Health leadership and approvals.
• Integration Planning: coordinate integration timing with cross-functional teams.
• Separation Planning: support divestiture separation plans and transition services.
• Compliance and Governance: ensure adherence to legal and Cardinal Health requirements.
