Job summary

Amneal is seeking an Associate Corporate Development Director to deliver high-quality financial analysis for M&A, licensing, JVs, and strategic alliances. You will lead due diligence, manage timelines, and interact with investment banks and external parties to support complex transactions.

You will work as the primary interface between Corporate Development and Finance, supporting post-deal analysis, capital raises, and SEC filings, while coordinating with Supply Chain for product transitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required.
• Master’s Degree in Finance preferred.
• 5+ years experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Corporate Development focused on health care transactions.
• 5+ years experience supporting M&A and/or licensing transactions in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Experience with post-deal integration, capital raising, and SEC filings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality financial analysis and valuation modeling of M&A, licensing, JVs, and strategic alliances.
• Lead due diligence activities and manage timelines, meetings, reports, and external interactions.
• Serve as interface between Corporate Development and Finance to support post-deal analysis and SEC filings.
• Support integration of acquisitions with functional leads.
• Lead select transactions or support aspects of complex transactions.
• Frequent travel to visit offices and industry events.
