Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Development to support high-impact transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. You will build robust financial models and prepare executive-level materials while collaborating with senior leaders to drive growth in the competitive real estate landscape.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a major in finance, economics, business administration, science, or technical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively convey analytical insights to senior management.
• Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior executives with complex strategic projects including M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate partnerships, and divestitures.
• Build sophisticated financial models utilizing various valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow analysis, public and transaction comparables, and build versus buy analysis.
• Draft executive-level memoranda, presentations, reports, and other strategic materials for internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess transaction opportunities and risks.
• Support transaction negotiations and structuring processes, working closely with internal and external legal counsel and professional consultants.
• Conduct industry and competitive research, including analysis of company SEC filings, market reports, and identification of attractive acquisition or partnership targets.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
