Mercor is seeking a Consulting Expert — AI Training & Evaluation to deliver end-to-end engagements. You’ll build and grade expert-level deliverables, synthesize messy inputs into a clear case, and produce client-ready memos and models with explicit assumptions, risks, and conditions.

Requirements include 4+ years at a top consulting or equivalent, elite problem-solving, strong financial acumen with advanced modeling (LBO / 3-statement), and the ability to own engagements independently.

Formación

• 4+ years at a top consulting or advisory firm or equivalent in-house corporate development.
• Elite structured problem-solving and the ability to defend a recommendation under ambiguity.
• Strong financial acumen and advanced modeling (LBO / 3-statement, pro forma).
• Comfort owning an engagement independently.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and review deliverables such as M&A/investment cases, synergy analysis, and post-merger plans.
• Synthesize messy inputs into a clear, well-reasoned case with credible sources.
• Deliver client-ready memos, models, and recommendations with explicit assumptions and risks.
