Mercor is seeking a Non-Investment Finance Expert for AI training and evaluation. You will work hands-on on finance deliverables, including PnL reconciliations, vendor/AP processing, and integrated 3-statement models, while judging accuracy against professional standards.

You’ll reason from source documents, evaluate ambiguous data, and craft CFO-ready narratives with clear recommendations. This is a remote, contract, senior-level role requiring 5+ years in finance operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on non-investment finance role.
• Strong US GAAP / IFRS experience and technical accounting skills.
• Ability to build and review multi-statement models and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Build and review deliverables such as PnL and reconciliations; vendor/AP and 3-statement models.
• Reason from primary sources and distinguish material information from distractors.
• Write clear CFO-ready narratives explaining assumptions, variances, and recommendations.
