• Prepare drafts and manage legal documents.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments for M&A practice.
• Coordinate legal education efforts.
• Assist marketing team with M&A promotion.
• Help attorneys with precedents and templates.
• Involved in resource and knowledge management projects.
• Complete other assigned duties.
