Job description

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager with a background in Mergers & Acquisitions (MNA) to work remotely and in close collaboration with the Chairman and the core MNA team. Your mission: drive project coordination, cross-functional alignment, and strategic execution across a portfolio of high-impact, international M&A initiatives powered by Tucher Investment and the SIERA Impact Fund.

This is a high-responsibility role ideal for someone with international experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong academic background, ready to manage dynamic projects in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the right hand to the Chairman in managing and coordinating strategic M&A projects across multiple locations and teams
  • Support due diligence, financial modeling, project timelines and key decision-making
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely execution and successful delivery of project milestones
  • Contribute to presentations, reports, and communication with investors and partners
  • Help manage the rhythm and flow of project activities, deadlines and updates
What We’re Looking For
Academic Excellence:
  • Graduate MBA or Technical University from a Top University, (Business, Finance, Engineering or related field)
  • Strong academic record with excellent performance
  • Proven track record in M&A, corporate development or strategic consulting
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience
  • International work experience is a strong plus
Languages:
  • German is a plus
  • Additional languages are a plus
Skills & Mindset:
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with working independently and in fast-moving environments
  • Analytical, strategic, and resourceful
