Qualifications

JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
Admitted to practice in New York.
Class of 2017–2021 with 3–8 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in M&A and private equity transactions at a leading law firm.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Advise on a wide range of M&A and private equity transactions, including buyouts, investments, divestitures, and joint ventures.
Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.
Provide strategic legal advice balancing risk management with business objectives.
