Ethos is seeking experienced M&A analysts to join a leading foundational AI lab on a flexible, remote basis. You will train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks, focusing on storyline development, executive summaries, and client-ready decks.

Requirements include 2+ years as an M&A Analyst at a top firm, expert PowerPoint craftsmanship, and a track record of clear, data-driven storytelling. Flexible commitment is 5-20 hours per week, with ASAP start, $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an M&A Analyst at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim)
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and client-ready deck production
• Collaborate with senior bankers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and visual excellence of decks
