The position offers a base salary range of $360,000 to $425,000, with hybrid or remote flexibility and a collegial, collaborative culture supported by strong marketing and business development infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of M&A experience, including private company deals and private equity transactions.
• Background counseling middle-market clients on core corporate matters, including governance and commercial agreements.
• Experience with private securities offerings, joint ventures, and fund formation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise middle-market businesses, private equity sponsors, family-owned companies, and entrepreneurs on transactional and governance work.
• Lead M&A engagements across various industries including food & beverage, manufacturing, services, and cannabis.
• Manage complex deal work: acquisitions, divestitures, ESOPs, and joint ventures; handle restructurings and private placements.
