SourcePro Search, LLC in New York is seeking an experienced M&A Paralegal to support attorneys on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and familiarity with Microsoft Office, iManage, and other law firm applications.

The ideal candidate will assist with due diligence, document drafting, data rooms and post-closing tasks, while maintaining strong client service and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of substantive M&A paralegal experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and iManage.
• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Research and circulate transaction documents and precedent materials.
• Collect information from the client team throughout the transaction.
• Conduct ongoing research on current M&A trends.
• Manage due diligence and data room operations.
• Draft key documents and checklists.
• Coordinate execution and distribution of signed documents.
• Assist with Registration Statements and SEC filings.
• Prepare transaction books and post-closing tasks.
• Maintain M&A library materials and newsletters.
