SourcePro Search, LLC is conducting a search for a Corporate Paralegal with a bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in ECVC, M&A, private equity, and securities in a law firm setting.

The role supports attorneys on complex transactional matters, maintains corporate records, and coordinates due diligence, filings, and regulatory reporting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, focusing on ECVC, M&A, private equity and securities.

Responsabilidades

• Transactional support: assist with drafts, filings, due diligence, closing documents and securities filings.
• Corporate governance: manage board/minute books, resolutions, and corporate data.
• Securities & compliance: prepare securities docs, coordinate with third parties, regulatory filings.
• Administrative & research: legal research with Westlaw/LexisNexis, maintain records and deadlines.
