Overview

This position is responsible for installation and support of network infrastructure and Cisco Unified Communications platform, aimed at standardizing voice and data network elements of a global enterprise.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Deployment and support of Genesys Contact Centre Solutions
• Deployment and support of Cisco network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP systems
• Configuration and optimization of Cisco VoIP telephone systems, Cisco Communications Manager, and Cisco Unity Connection voicemail
• Deployment and management of Cisco HD Video conferencing, Webex, Jabber, and Xmedius Global Fax solutions
• Support and maintenance of network hardware and software
• Troubleshooting network infrastructure issues, including F5 load balancers
• Deployment and support of Cisco Wireless and WAN optimization solutions
• Support for Aruba solutions for tele-workers
• Provide level 2/3 support for VoIP and network issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Cisco network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Experience with WAN technologies (PTP links, MPLS) and routing protocols such as BGP
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications solutions
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Firewalls (ASA 55XX, ASAM)
• Implementation of LAN/WAN security solutions including Cisco ISE
• Supporting UC applications like Jabber and Webex
• Experience with Cisco WAAS, F5 load balancers, and Cisco Wireless products
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex LAN/WAN environments
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Visio and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• CCNA and CCNP certifications
