Job summary

TEKsystems in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee critical IT infrastructure initiatives tied to a major banking merger. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex integration projects across networking, data centers, cloud, IAM, and security, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory alignment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive Day 1 to final cutover readiness, report to executives, manage risks, and maintain robust governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or enterprise transformation.
• Strong networking concepts and infrastructure operations knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of identity and access management and cybersecurity fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of technology integration projects from a banking acquisition.
• Develop roadmaps, budgets, risks, milestones, and dependencies for integration initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for infrastructure consolidation and operational integration.
• Drive readiness activities through Day1 to final migration milestones.
• Provide weekly status updates to executives on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Manage multiple concurrent IT infrastructure initiatives including data center migration and cloud optimization.
