Ideal candidates bring significant M&A experience, strong financial modeling, and sell-side execution skills. The role offers in-office work five days a week in Richmond with ownership on live transactions under a senior team.

Qualifications

• 1st or 2nd year Associate with significant M&A deal experience.
• Analyst-to-Associate promotions, or MBA Associates with significant M&A experience post-MBA.
• Strong sell-side execution background, including financial modeling, marketing materials, and process management.
• Based in Richmond, or open to relocating; in-office schedule, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support sell-side M&A transactions from start to close.
• Develop and present financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare marketing materials and target lists for clients.
• Take ownership on live deals under senior supervision.
