Job summary

Kroll is seeking motivated contributors for its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in middle-market sellside, buyside and capital-raising transactions, with exposure to senior professionals and key stakeholders.

You will assist in financial modeling, due diligence and preparation of materials, while developing strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at the New York office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Major GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment.
• Strong quantitative, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management teams and exposure to clients, board members and stakeholders through all transaction phases.
• Assist in financial modeling and analytics for M&A, restructuring and special situations.
• Draft analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda and term sheets.
