FASTENER DISTRIBUTION HOLDINGS LLC. (FDH Aero) in Irving, TX is seeking a Sr. Manager, M&A Integration to lead post‑acquisition integration across FDH Electronics from diligence through Day 1 readiness and stabilization.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks and ensure commitments are executed. This role requires establishing integration plans, governance, timelines, and performance tracking, while preserving acquired capabilities and driving synergy realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years leading integrations, enterprise programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, or value-creation initiatives.
• Ability to lead through influence and hold senior stakeholders accountable.
• Strong financial acumen with business cases, profitability drivers, and integration costs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration from diligence to full operational stabilization.
• Lead cross-functional integration teams across all workstreams.
• Serve as central point for integration decisions, risks, and issue resolution.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and post-close actions.
• Build FDH Electronics’ integration playbook and governance.
