Job summary

MacLean Power Systems in Fort Mill, South Carolina seeks a Process Improvement professional to develop and implement organizational changes that promote quality and efficiency across manufacturing operations. You will evaluate internal processes, establish KPIs, oversee changes, and ensure 5S, safety, environmental and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Lean, Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for improvements
• Establish key performance indicators for functions being reviewed, evaluate current state and propose future state goals and objectives
• Oversee implementation of process changes and track progress towards efficiency or quality goals
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
