POSITION OVERVIEW

As anM&A Integration Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of post-merger integration across all business functions. Your focus will be on capturing value, minimizing disruption, and ensuring a smooth transition for acquired entities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integration plans across departments and functions.
  • Lead readiness planning and execution.
  • Track synergy realization across operations, IT, HR, and finance.
  • Support change management and internal communications strategies.
  • Establish and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO).
  • Monitor risks, issues, and progress using integration dashboards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive sponsors.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed based on project scope.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of BPO delivery models and operational structures.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with synergy modeling and value tracking.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
