Overview:We are seeking an experienced
Integration Lead -Accounts Payable to drive the integration of Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) systems as part of a large-scale OneERP/Workday transformation initiative. This role will be instrumental in designing and executing a comprehensive integration roadmap, aligning AP and T&E processes with the broader ERP implementation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the integration of AP and T&E systems into Workday within the OneERP transformation program.
- Develop and manage the integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with ERP project milestones.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal cross-functional teams (ERP, IT, Finance) to support both existing and new AP-related integrations.
- Drive AP process automation, workflow optimization, reconciliation logic, exception handling, and testing for all integrations.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end data flow and system interoperability across multiple vendor systems (~10, 000 vendors).
- Participate in integration testing, troubleshooting, and validation of data movement and integrity.
- Provide technical oversight and contribute hands-on with scripting and development tasks, particularly in Python and SQL (complex queries).
- Help assess data warehousing needs and support migration strategies (current environment is homebuilt;evaluating BigQuery).
Qualifications:- Proven experience in leading AP and T&E integrations within large ERP implementations (Workday experience strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of AP business processes, vendor management, and financial operations.
- Hands-on experience with Python and complex SQL queries;scripting ability to support automation and integration logic.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts;experience with BigQuery or other modern platforms is a plus.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have:- Prior experience in healthcare, enterprise transformation, or large-scale vendor environments.
- Background in implementing or integrating with expense management tools.
