Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization. You will liaise with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

The role focuses on developing project frameworks, managing risks, tracking milestones, and driving alignment with strategic objectives while staying on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring process alignment.
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors to support projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
