Job summary

Banko Overhead Doors, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Development and Integration Manager in Tampa, FL. You will own post-acquisition integration from close through full operational alignment, standing up acquired companies on Banko's systems, and ensuring synergy capture is planned and realized.

A strong accounting foundation and financial literacy are essential. The role reports to CFO/CEO on special projects and will travel to Southeast locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial foundation with ability to map accounts.
• Demonstrated cross-functional project management across finance, operations, and IT.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills for scenarios and reports.
• Strategic thinker with executional discipline and storytelling for executives.
• Willingness to travel for acquisitions and integrations in the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A strategy and origination efforts; coordinate diligence streams.
• Own end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions.
• Build and manage integration workplans across operations, finance, HR, IT.
• Drive technology migration onto Banko's operating stack (ServiceTitan, NetSuite).
• Lead special projects and develop dashboards to drive performance.
