Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an Integration Coordinator to join the M&A Integration team. This detail‑oriented role owns data, system configuration, and cutover readiness activities to translate integration decisions into live systems.

Reporting to the Corporate Manager of Enterprise PMO, the position starts onsite for 90 days and then transitions to a hybrid schedule. The role requires 1–3 years in data entry or systems coordination with ERP/CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or related hands-on roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in system configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks across active integrations.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or field service platforms preferred; familiarity with Oracle and WasteLAND.
• Strong written communication and cross-team coordination.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and consolidate data from acquired entities.
• Configure CPQ for acquired companies within Oracle CX, including pricing structures and customer-specific configurations.
• Enter and migrate customer account data across Oracle CX and related systems.
• Support WasteLAND configuration with facility submissions and site-tree configuration.
• Onboard vendors and complete vendor setup within ERP and procurement systems.
• Support cutover readiness through data validation and pre-go-live checks with the Integration Manager and IT Lead.
• Maintain the configuration task backlog across multiple acquisitions and escalate blockers.
