Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analyst-level experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, FP&A, accounting, direct lending, or transaction advisory.
• Alternatively, 3–5 years of experience with a leading consulting firm supporting M&A, due diligence, or private equity clients.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience leveraging AI and productivity tools to improve workflows and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting acquisition-driven or multi-location organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze potential acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare investment review materials for executive leadership and board members.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation work, and due diligence on prospective transactions.
• Coordinate third-party diligence providers and transaction advisors.
• Assist with drafting letters of intent, purchase agreements, and supporting transaction documentation.
• Support transaction execution from initial outreach through closing.
• Contribute across finance, operations, business development, and strategic initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate closely with leadership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
