Qualifications

• 2–4 years of audit and financial accounting due diligence experience at a top firm.
• At least 1 year in financial due diligence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or related major.
• CPA or pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence, identifying key risks and deal breakers.
• Analyze detailed financial statement data and synthesize information for client discussions.
• Assess quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows of the target.
• Construct deal‑oriented reports and presentations for clients.
• Participate in meetings with management and client personnel; support day‑to‑day execution.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support business development.
