Job summary

Americhem, a globally recognized designer and manufacturer of color masterbatch and performance technologies, is seeking a Project Manager, Finance who partners with cross-functional teams on integrations and strategic finance initiatives. You will lead end-to-end M&A integration plans, align reporting, and drive value realization through disciplined planning and governance.

The role requires 5+ years in project management in finance, 10+ years finance experience, and advanced credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• MBA or CPA/CMA/CFA certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in finance/supporting complex programs.
• 10+ years of work experience in finance/accounting.
• 5+ years of experience on M&A integrations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drives end-to-end M&A integration activities with financial and operational outcomes.
• Aligns reporting at new entities with Americhem standards and ensures timely, accurate data.
• Leads cross-functional projects, develops plans, assigns responsibilities, and tracks deliverables.
• Supports IT, operations, and other stakeholders with governance and financial oversight.
• Communicates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and dependencies.
