Job summary

Americhem is seeking a Project Manager, Finance to lead cross-functional initiatives and M&A integrations, delivering structured financial leadership and disciplined planning to ensure on-time, within-scope value realization across new and existing entities.

The role coordinates finance workstreams, partners with business leaders, and drives reporting quality, governance, and strategic outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting or CPA/CMA/CFA certification.
5+ years of project management experience.
10 years of finance/accounting experience.
Ideally 5+ years of experience on M&A integrations.

Responsibilities

Drives M&A integration activities, leading financial and operational outcomes for newly acquired Americhem entities.
Aligns reporting at new entities with Americhem standards and coordinates improvements.
Provides PM leadership across cross-functional initiatives, manages detailed plans and timelines.
Supports IT implementations, process standardization, and operational efficiency projects.
Ensures clear communication and resolves issues across cross-functional teams.
