Job summary

Americhem is seeking a Project Manager, Finance to lead cross‑functional initiatives and M&A integrations. This role partners with Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver on time, within scope, and aligned with financial objectives.

You will manage end‑to‑end integration plans, oversee reporting, and drive value realization across newly acquired Americhem entities. The position emphasizes disciplined planning, execution, and reporting to maintain alignment with corporate strategy and financial

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) or advanced degree.
5+ years of project management experience; 10 years in finance/accounting; ideally 5+ years on M&A integrations.

Responsibilities

Drives M&A integration activities with end-to-end plan, tracks milestones, escalates risks as needed.
Aligns financial and operational reporting at acquired entities with Americhem standards.
Provides PM leadership across Finance, IT, Operations and other stakeholders; develops detailed project plans.
Supports IT implementations, process standardization, and efficiency projects with governance.
Ensures clear cross-functional communication and timely resolution of dependencies.
