Job summary

Americhem is seeking a Project Manager, Finance to serve as a key finance partner on cross-functional initiatives and M&A projects. The role provides financial leadership, structure, and analytical rigor to ensure timely delivery within scope and aligned with strategic goals.

The position coordinates finance workstreams, partners with business and functional leaders, and supports value realization through disciplined planning, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA).
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 10 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Ideally 5+ years working on M&A integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration plans, track milestones, and escalate risks.
• Align reporting at acquired entities with Americhem standards and ensure timely reporting.
• Provide project management leadership across cross-functional initiatives (Finance, IT, Operations).
• Drive IT implementations, process standardization and efficiency projects with governance.
• Maintain clear cross-functional communication to align priorities, timelines and outcomes.
