Job summary

Autodesk’s M&A Finance team is a highly visible group shaping the company’s inorganic growth. The Senior Program Manager, M&A Finance will lead finance workstreams across the full lifecycle from diligence through close, integration, and post-close value realization.

This role partners closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, IT, and business teams to deliver transaction support and integration execution for Autodesk’s strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
9+ years of experience in M&A finance, advisory, or related areas.
Experience with diligence, modeling, close and integration activities.

Responsibilities

Lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle from diligence to post-close integration.
Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Corporate Development and other stakeholders.
Analyze financial performance, working capital, cash flow and key transaction assumptions.
Review deal materials to provide finance input on structure, risks and provisions.
Develop recommendations and materials for senior leaders and executives.
Coordinate pre-close planning across finance functions for Day 1 readiness.
