Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an M&A Integration Manager to drive the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries onto Amazon financial systems. You will design workflows, define requirements, test solutions, and manage transitions across finance, operations, technology, and product teams.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, leading change, improving processes, and delivering measurable outcomes that support cash flow, controllership and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic efforts to extend Finance Operations P2P and O2C services to acquired subsidiaries.
• Develop subject matter expertise in P2P and O2C processes across lines of business.
• Understand subsidiary business goals and pain points to deliver on P2P and O2C requirements.
• Deliver P2P and O2C projects including requirements, testing, documentation, training, and change management.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for new subsidiary service capabilities and drive implementation.
