Responsibilities

• Support and maintain finance and project processes for M&A transactions.
• Extract and analyze financial data using specialized tools; produce dashboards and reports.
• Assist in month-end close, consolidation, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence activities and manage data rooms.
